Manal Zraiq
Mrs. Zraiq is a pioneering business executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. She serves on the boards of several private companies and holds key leadership positions, including Chairwoman of Al Mustaqbal School and Chairwoman of Zoom Advertising. Additionally, she is a Board Member of Sahem Trading & Investments Company and represents her major shares in publicly traded companies such as The National Bank (TNB) and the Palestine Investment & Development Company (PID).
Beyond the corporate world, Mrs. Zraiq is deeply involved in empowering women in business. She is the Founder and Board Member of the Business Women Forum and previously served as Chairperson of the Global Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – Palestine Chapter.
Her expertise spans financial services, real estate, media, fund management, logistical planning, and operational management, including overseeing multi-million-dollar projects.
For over 25 years, Mrs. Zraiq has led Massar International Group’s investment projects as Partner and CEO. She played a key role in establishing Rawabi, the first planned Palestinian city and the largest private-sector project in Palestine, guiding it from concept to execution. She also served two terms as a member of the Rawabi Municipal Council and, in 2016, founded Rawabi English Academy.
Mrs. Zraiq is a fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN), a member of the Middle East Leadership Initiative (MELI), and a member of YPO/WPO. She also serves on the Executive Board and Board of Trustees of the Arab International Investor Forum (AiiF).
Her leadership and impact have been widely recognized. In 2013, she received the Vital Voices Global Leadership Economic Empowerment Award. In 2022, she was selected as the Global Impact Award Regional Honoree by YPO MENA for her initiative, “Investing in Education and Empowering Youth.”
Mrs. Zraiq is an active speaker, participating in numerous local and international conferences, sharing her insights on business, leadership, and economic development.
