Samer Khoury

Mr. Samer Khoury has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC) since 2011. CCC is one of the largest international and Arab engineering and construction firms, operating across the Middle East, Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Europe, and the United States.

Mr. Khoury’s journey with CCC began in 1987, managing the company’s operations in Kuwait until 1990, when he transitioned to CCC’s headquarters in Athens, Greece. In 1997, he was appointed Deputy Executive Chief of Operations, taking on a pivotal role in marketing and overseeing global operations.

Beyond CCC, Mr. Khoury is an economic activist and serves as a Board Member of more than 28 institutions worldwide. He is also a member of the Arab Business Council, the World Economic Forum (Geneva), and the Pearl Initiative (UAE).

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, USA.
