Youth Steps

Youth Steps/ USAID funding: is a dynamic youth-led project with a unique approach, placing the power in the hands of young individuals. The project revolves around forming a leadership group comprising active youth from various communities empowering them to drive the project forward and ensure its sustainability. The Leaders Group plays a pivotal role in recruiting participants by conducting community mapping exercises and taking charge of delivering training sessions, as well as leading the development and implementation of community initiatives. This innovative model has proven immensely successful, with numerous achievements and inspiring success stories to its credit. Through the collaborative efforts of the Leaders Group and participants, we have successfully implemented 40 impactful initiatives that have significantly benefited both the participants and their communities. The second phase has been implemented with great success by targeting another 220 youth with a success of engaging males in this round they were a minority in the first phase and also added Ramallah rural area.
As we move forward, we remain dedicated to empowering youth, fostering community engagement, and making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. By continuing to leverage the passion and capabilities of young leaders, we aim to amplify our impact and contribute to a brighter future for all.
