Zohre Elahian

Zohre Elahian has been actively engaged in international development for over 15 years, with a strong focus on education, ICT, and microfinance. She is the co-founder of Schools Online, a nonprofit organization that has introduced computers and ICT-based education in schools worldwide, including within the United States.

As the Managing Director of Global Catalyst Foundation, Ms. Elahian has evaluated and funded numerous projects addressing education, technology, and financial inclusion in various countries. She currently serves as Chief Social Impact Officer at Polyup.com, an EdTech company dedicated to transformative learning experiences.

For over eight years, she served on the Board of Directors of Relief International, contributing to developmental and humanitarian projects across Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and beyond. Prior to her humanitarian work, she successfully co-managed a private business for 15 years.
